Brad Stone is one of my favorite tech journalists, so it was a real treat to talk with him about his new book for this week's show. After reading The Everything Store, my appreciation for Amazon is untainted, but I have a more realistic view of how tough a place it is to work and why competitors like publishing companies often seem so deeply pissed off. Highly recommended!
