Billy Buttons | 1 comments I cant stop buying books especially in second hand shops, markets and charity sale events. I reckon if I live to 300 years old, I still would not have time to read all my books. I am totally addicted to books, suppose its not too bad as money goes to a good cause. I say to myself, could be a drug addict or gambler, so it eases to guilt in buying another book.
Is anyone else like this??

I think you have been reading my diary! In the last month I have bought 45 books and the majority were 3 for £1.00! I now carry a list of 'books on hand and unread' when I go out.

Ben Hundley | 6 comments Yes, I feel your pain! I buy too many books, but one can never have enough, right?! I'm currently reading ten books at once.

I can't do that. I need to read from beginning to end unless I am just not getting in to it then I might leave it while I read another and try again.

When I visit friends in Austin, Texas, I always take along at least an extra $100 as one of them shares my join in rare books. He hauls me around to Austin's rare book stores and I spend a minimum of $100. So count yourself lucky if you can go into a book store and spend less than $100.

Caitlin (cmmcgee_writer92) It's not uncommon for me to walk into Barnes and Noble... or any bookstore for that matter and spend a minimum of 50 dollars without even thinking about it and right now I have two stacks of books sitting on my desk waiting to be read and one bookshelf full of books I haven't gotten around to yet (in all fairness... it is a rather small shelf that I bought from Walmart that was meant to hold DvDs and such lol).
