PS I think the one that surprised me the most was "Just Ella." That cover did not do that book justice. :)
, by Mette Ivie Harrison had a pretty cover, but the writing was bland, at best, and there was strongly implied bestiality.I'm sure I've read good books with not-so-great covers, but I can't think of a good example at the moment.
I LOVE this book! But look at that cover...who wants to read that?! Ha, ha. Seriously I would have never read this book if it didn't come so highly recommended by a friend who I knew had good taste in books
Chrissy, that is a horrible cover!! TO be honest I am with you and would never pick up that book unless my BFF said I just HAD to read it.
I removed the dust jacket long ago! And even after having read the book three times, I still have no idea what the cover is about. I keep hoping they will put this in an ebook form with a beautiful cover. That will be a happy day! :)
