She sits in the corner, awaiting her doom
Lights dimmed, door closed in the room
Her back begins to ache, changing her poise
Silence is all that fills the odd noise
The long sleeves cover her scars
Wishing they'd fade, she'd wish on the stars
Bloodshot eyes blur the vision
Hoping to get better is the main mission
Like a waterfall she poured out her tears
What tomorrow would bring seems to start her fears
This was finally it, the last straw
Who else could possibly point out another flaw
Her mind racing, nothing is mending
It would all stop, like her own personal ending
One of my suckier ones..

The long sleeves cover her scars
Wishing they'd fade, she'd wish on the stars
Bloodshot eyes blur the vision

Thank was really good, Kat. Like, really good. *Snaps like people do when people present poetry*
I hear that. Is this a personal experience?
Yeah, I agree, but it's nice to know that you're not alone, you know?
You guys aren't alone, no one deserves to feel that way but based on these comments I'd say we all did. This poem was beautiful. Thanks, Kathrine :)
In the mood to write something, so I think I'm going to open up a Word document and just go for it :/ idk..
