Sky High discussion

Students will be placed in an arena and they have to go through whatever arena setting the teacher wants them to go through. The teacher can change it anytime, setting up obstacles anywhere.

Angel leaned against a wall, waiting for the teacher. She was dreading the class, she knew it would probably be her least favourite due to her hatred of hurting people.

Lotus and Dee walked in, talking and laughing. They had become fast friends due to Dee's social butterfly nature and Lotus' need to forget... Everything, really.

Yin walked slowly into the room, he looked around. He found an empty spot on the wall and leaned against it.

Lotus said something and Dee burst out laughing, although she frowned a little.

Angel sighed and looked at them. Could they get any louder? She spotted Yin and waved to him.

Yin saw Angel and a smiled. He walked over to where she stood.

((Congrats!))

She smiled at him. "Hi there. Fancy seeing you here." She joked. The two girls were still being obnoxiously loud, it was as if they didn't realize or didn't care that there were others in the room.

((it was like 36 - 25)

Yin nodded, "It is good to see you." He started at the two girls as they were too loud.

Dee noticed the stares "maybe we should be a little more quiet." She mock- whispered to Lotus. Lotus shrugged, "eh, who cares?" They both laughed.

Angel grinned a little. "Don't bother. There's nothing we can do about them."

Yin nodded in agreement, there was nothing that they could do. "I want to team up with you and go against them. " He told her plainly.

She frowned, "I'm not a good fighter. I heal people and I fly, that's all I can do. Id only be slowing you down." She told him, convinced of it herself.

He looked at her as he raised one of his eyebrows. "Okay." He shrugged.

Suddenly a rapping sounded. "ALRIGHT STUDENTS I WANT YOU TO SPREAD OUT AND TAKE AN ENTRANCE EACH FOR THE MAZE. YOU WILL HAVE TO APPLY ALL THAT YOU HAVE LEARNED IN THE STRATEGY CLASS. IF YOU MEET AN OBSTACLE BRING IT DOWN. IF YOU MEET AN ENEMY YOU HAVE TO DUEL"

Yin smiled at Angel. "Good luck." He walked to one of the entrances. He was ready.

"As to you." She smiled halfheartedly and walked up to one of the entrances. Lotus and Dee waved goodbye and blew kisses to each other, ever dramatic before finding an entrance.

Yin waited for the doors to be opened to head inside. He couldn't wait to defeat the others.

Angel fidgeted nervously, she didn't want to fight. She'd probably end up just flying around trying to avoid everything.

Lotus smiled, already thinking of strategies. Her only problem, she thought, would possibly be Dee, or any ice or abundance of water she came across.

Yin shifted from one foot to the other.every tree seconds. All he thought was trying to find Angel and work with her.

Dee tapped her feet anxiously. "Let's just get this started already!" She muttered.

Yin sighed until he saw Angel staring at the door. He wondered if she was okay.

"So, who's ready for this?" Lotus asked loudly, to no one in particular.

Angel sighed, ignoring the other girl. She looked over at Yin again.

Yin smiled when she looked over at him. he mouthed to her that he would try to find her as fast as he could and team up.

She smiled a little and nodded. 'Okay.' She mouthed back to him.

"BEGIN!" The teacher announced, firing a smoke gun and the entrances opened.

Yin ran into the arena and looked around, there three entrances, but where to start. He ran into the one on the left. He had to find Angel first. "I am coming Angel." He whispered to himself.

Angel jumped a little and took off sprinting. She hated smoke.

Lotus smiled at Dee only to see that she had already run in. Lotus shrugged and walked casually through her entrance.

Yin was at five places to go, he picked the right. He ran as fast as he could.

((What should the area be like? A maze?))

((Yup, it's a maze with obstacles. It changes as the entire stimulation goes through the lesson))

Angel found herself at a cross. Three directions to choose. What was supposed to be the trick with mazes? Keep turning left? Or was it keep turning right. She sighed and went to the left. The tunnels were too narrow at the moment for her to let her wings out and fly.

Lotus kept walking casually, using the air to float a few inches off the ground.

Dee kept running, not really caring about the 'battle' concept. She was just doing it for the fun of it.

Yin finally found his way at the middle, "Now I have to find Angel." He told himself. "I am not going to let her get into a battle."

Angel kept walking and turning left, the tunnels seemed to be getting thinner and she was now forced to walk sideways. Just as they opened up into a wide space, she walked into another girl. Lotus.

Yin looked around, he almost fell when the ground shook. He had to find her.

Lotus smiled while Angel apologized. Angel spread her wings out, ready to just fly out of the maze. Lotus smiled wider. "Not so fast." She said softly, manipulating the air so that as soon as Angel took off, a gust of wind hit her left wing, sending her spiralling into the ground. She struggled to get to her feet, managing to sit up first. Lotus grinned, "What to knock you out with...." She mentally went through her list of poisons as Angel got to her feet. She chose one that wouldn't kill her or physically harm her in any way, but would cause excruciating pain that would render her incapable of doing anything, really. Lotus' eyes went black as she used her kinesis and Angel screamed.

Yin heard her scream. He used his wind to help him find her. He stood at the entrance to where they were. "Leave her alone!" He screamed as she ran towards Angel.

"I was done anyways." Lotus told him, turning on her heel and walking away from the scene.

Angel tried desperately to focus through the haze of pain. She had to heal....but as soon as she could manage to get her thoughts together, a fresh wave of pan would come, making her scream and sob and sending her thoughts scattered.

Yin concentrated and created a huge storm above the girl. "You hurt my friend!" He gritted his teeth and yelled at her, thunder clapped.

Lotus laughed, turning around to face him. "She'll be fine. And do you really think a little noise is going to hurt me?"

Yin clenched his fist as a tear ran down one of his cheeks. "You have not see anything yet." He warned her; light flashed, fierce winds pierced the air.

She smiled, but a bit less confidently this time. She created a bubble of air around her so that the winds didn't hit her.

He took a step away from Angel. He placed his hand together and closed his eyes; wind started to gather as it created a Tornado with more than 300 miles per hour. His eyes opened fast as he sent the tornado towards the girl. The storm hit harder against the bubble. Lighting hit the bubble.

Her bubble burst apart and Lotus went flying, managing to land on top of a wall more than ten feet away. She floated down the wall, far enough from the two that she was sure he wouldn't go after her again at that moment.

Yin watched her as she went flying. As long as she is away from here, we are good. He turned to Angel and kneeled next to her. "Angel, are you alright?" He shook her. "Angel! Angel!"

She curled up into a ball, crying, still trying to focus. The pain had faded enough- or maybe she was just used to it enough to stop screaming.

"Angel!" He screamed and shook her. "Tell me if you are okay!"
