I am baking for an event for Paul this week. I made 3 different types for him, and had to double batch (make a second one) of 2 of them. I measured out my dough balls and froze them, so all I have to do is bake them off. I have close to 380 dough balls in my freezer. I will bake all of them and give Paul what he needs, the rest will go to my church for the election day bake sale. In a foolish move, I agreed to bake some other items for church (they are giving me the materials) and my mom is making pecan pies.

So, how many cookies have any of you who are not pros, made at one time?

Well, all the cookies are baked and packed. A grand total of 30.6 dozed, which is about 366 or so cookies. Tired does not begin to cover it.

I did not bake the cookies for church after all as I was too overwhelmed with the other project, but there were enough leftovers to donate cookies to the bake sale.
