How can you like incubus better than Nirvana? I'll admit they are ok but come on! I personally am listening to As I Lay Dying at this moment, I'm going through a metal phase.

Funny you should mention that, there is something called melodic metal and it is my favoritest kind, besides metalcore of course. But we can all agree that emo sucks right?

yeah - it does. I am more of a rocker. Hard rock, classic rock, etc. It's all good to me. I also listen to some metal like Metallica, Pantera, Ozzy Osbourne, and Black Sabbath. I am a true rocker - straight through.

So classic rock like zeppelin and that? I like zeppelin, um, and like two doors songs. Metallica is ok.

Yeah - I'm totally into Zeppelin, Doors, and stuff like that. All the good stuff.

What are you sophomore? Junior? you'll be a metal head in a couple years. ha ha, I was a classic rock person too, you'll see.

Surprisingly, I'm a freshman. But I do listen to metal - like metallica, pantera, ozzy osbourne, megadeth, etc. I listen to pretty much ALL kinds of music EXCEPT rap. I'm not a big rap fan.

Metallica is ok, megadeth is good, pantera to me is long winded, slayer SUCKS, ozzy osbourne and Black sabbath are good, um, as far as death metal is concerned I don't really care for most unless it's melodic death metal like at the gates or in flames or even the latest soilwork and nile. Yeah, rap is pretty much the same thing, hear one and you heard them all. There's only so many sentences containing hoes and cribs and gats that one can string together. Rap fans are a plague really, they perpetuate that garbage. Disney too.

I actually learned that I'm more a hardcore person, like metalcore is not metal..apparently, and 90% of all my favorites are metalcore. though subgenres are stupid

I in an extreme Metal phase. Ozzy Osbourne, Black Sabbath, Metallica, Iron Maiden, all of them.
