Personality:Sadistic yet bubbly,Hiro attracts people with his childish charm and stays with them for entertainment until they bore him and he kills them.However under that sick exterior hhe's rather kind if you ignore the sarcasm and rude comments he shoots at you.
Appearance:White chin length spiky/straight hair,ruby red eyes that constantly glow,pale creamy white skin.Wears white short sleeved button down (unbuttoned.) black tanktop,dark blue jeans,black sneakers.lean, slightly muscular,short.
History:On a dark pitch black night,a young couple that was recently married and thinking of having children found two infant boys on their doorstep.One had shocking pure white hair and the other ravens wing black.Surprised and not the slightest bit skeptical about the whole thing,the two brought the children inside.A few years later,when both had reached the age of three that's when the troubles began.Hiro always seemed to make things move with his mind and mess around inside of people's heads causing people to stray away from him even his parents.After a while,their parents fearing Hiro and his brother began to treat them poorly and hurt them to the point where they were unable to use their powers as protection.Over the course of years that followed,Hiro's psyche began to malfunction to the point where it released the full extent of his mind giving him the opportunity to kill their parents and take revenge on those who never bothered to help.As years past,Hiro slowly regained a small amount of psyche and now wanders around between places with his brother.
Power:Telekineses,Mind control and energy draining.
Weapons:Prefers none,he mostly fights with his mind and his hands.

Personality:Quiet,witty and calm.Shadow is the complete polar opposite of Hiro.Except for when you get him angry then he's worse.
History:Same as Hiro only he hasn't lost his psyche.
