Dangerous Hero Addict Support Group discussion

Hi! I'm Sam and I'm looking for books with a guy in the Mafia as the dangerous hero. I would love for the story world to be fully immersed in mob culture but for there to be a strong romance plot line. Thanks!

You could try Crow's Row, Disastrous, Cartel Series

Have you tried Sempre yet? I really liked t h is one, though the H and h are really young but it is strong with the mob scene.

Carter reed by Tijan was really good. The devils eye by Jennifer Loren. There are 3 or 4 books with this series. Sempre was the best book I have read with that theme.

Heather, I just finished . That series is good but the supernatural element took me by surprise. I didn't notice the tags before the third book. LOL

I'm gonna suggest the oldest books in this genre :P But the romance ain't enough. However they are both satisfying on the Mafia front.

and by Mark Winegardner. It has the same characters, was a big DNF.

I read this book and it blew my mind . It's not a romance but it's features one of the best anti-heroines ever written. Imagine a smarter female Scarface making navigating her way up the Mexican drug cartel ladder. I learned more about the that world from this book than any 60 minutes expose.

This is part of her Game Maker Series. Beware, there are elements of BDSM involved despite the heroine's youth and inexperience.

Cora Reilly's Born in Blood mafia series. Each book features a different couple so no cliffhangers, however I would suggest reading in order. Bound by Honor is the first in the series.

Thanks for the recs! They sound great! Seems like Mafia heroes are starting to be more of a thing in romance which is awesome!!!
