I have put up a topic for Head of House/Moderator Applications. I will accept applications until the end of the day next Sunday, but I can't guarantee that I will wait until then to start making my decisions. So the sooner an application is submitted, the better.

I would like this group to be at least a little larger. So if you could all invite at least a few friends (by all means, do a single mass invite once and then never again, that would be absolutely fine), that would be most marvelous.

I have cleared out the Applications (Positions) topic of previously granted requests.

I added more information to Wands in the sections Wand Length and Wand Flexibility.

I will be clearing out the Applications (Positions) on a regular basis. If you've applied for a position, please try to check that topic fairly frequently.

Sage Maggie Roberts's profile has been cleared of spam.

I have updated the wand woods to match the information give on Pottermore. The following changes have occurred and need to be reflected in affected profiles:

I have also updated the Wands topic regarding length and flexibility. The following is the most important update regarding such:

Most wands will be in the range of between nine and fourteen inches. While I have sold extremely short wands (eight inches and under) and very long wands (over fifteen inches), these are exceptionally rare. However, abnormally short wands usually select those in whose character something is lacking, rather than because they are physically undersized (many small witches and wizards are chosen by longer wands).

If this change is applicable to any of your characters, please alter their profile to reflect such.

If either of the two announcements above affect any of your characters, please let me know what changes you make.

So I created the Hogwarts Express. I think that does it for me for the night. I will have you all know that it was a right pain in the ass. So you'd better make characters asap to fill those spots, because so help me if all that time and energy spent making that train goes to waste!

Jordan, please remove your character from the CHARACTERS thread. You may only post there once your character has been approved.

Lucinda, please delete your post from Platform 9 3/4. Lacy is not an approved character and therefore, she cannot be RPed yet.

Abigail, please move your character from the CHARACTERS thread. You need to first create her in a separate topic, and then we can critique and approve her.
