I actually felt for Ardhi a lot during this saga.

Arhdi was a douche from day one but no I don't believe he was born evil just a sore loser

Completely agree with Jen, while I felt bad for him in the first chapter of The Marked Ones, his possessive demeanor quickly made me dislike him.

I have only read Marked Ones, I did feel sorry for Ardhi in the beginning. But he would not leave Ivyanne alone that is extremely creepy. Towards the end my sympathy ended he went too far. I don't think he was evil but his obsession made him go crazy.

I've been obsessed with someone before, possibly two someone's actually, to the point where I lost my sense of self. I never stalked, but I mentally stalked so I get the absolute preoccupation.

I have also had at least 4 stalkers too, so I get the opposite side of the coin.

I don't think Ardhi was ever quite right, but his life circumstances didn't help. It's not unusual for the majority of a family to go downhill, and I'd be inclined to blame the mother in this scenario. The most dangerous trait anyone can have is thinking they're above the law.

yeah the problem is that he didn't think that what he was doing was wrong at all. He's so distorted that he didn't care who he hurt or anything.
