We should probably assign jobs to each mod to better organize things...? The mod would be in charge of that thing in particular but everyone can still help out with someone else's main job. What do you think?

Someone to be in charge of (1 of the following):
-BOTM and polls
-group messages
-challenges
-book discussion topics & games
-all other topics ideas
