Please only create 1 tribute each right now. We have 66 members, who I'm sure all want tributes. I did a random drawing for which tributes will be bloodbath tributes; it is noted with an * by it. Also, please create Rebellion Characters and District Characters! I will put the role play topics up once a couple characters are created. If you have an old character you would like to RP with, message me and I won't delete it.
