This is where the action happens...

Amelia walks to school, sighing, looking down at the ground, avoiding eye contact, until she looks up at the huge school in front of her. She sighs, and opens the door, bumping into someone, her books all knocked out of her hands.
"Sorry!"

Lia looks down at her shabby clothes. SHe sighs, then bumps into someone. "It's fine." SHe mumbles, quickly gathering her books.

Amelia helps grab the other girls books.
"I know this is alot to ask, but could you help me find my class? I'm new to school"
Her voice trails off.
(yes, she said school, not this school)

"Sure, what do you have first?" Lia looks at the other girl.

"Geometry, is it?"

"Oh. I have that too. This way." Lia tugs at the other girl's arm, pulling her down the hall. "I'm Lia."

"Hi, I'm Amelia."
Her voice seems to shudder, for the last time she's spoken to anyone but herself was 8 years ago.

"Amelia, Nice to meet you."

"Nice to meet you, Lia. Thanks for helping me"
She smiles, and looks down at the ground.

Caleb walks and smiles at Lia.
"Hi Lia, who's the new girl?"
He says sweetly

"Hey Caleb." Her heart flutters. "This is Ameila." Lia looks up at her crush, and blushes.

"Nice to meet you, Amelia. New here?"
Caleb says

"New to all school in general"
Amelia mumbles, kicking her feet on the ground.

"What class do you have Caleb?"

"Geometry"

"ALl three of us then, guess."

"How about you?"

" I know geometry, they want me to review it."

"I know, right? And wait, Amelia, new to all school in general?"
Caleb says, in curiosity

She sighs.
"Kinda, all I know it what I know from when I was 7. I couldn't have missed that much in 8 years, right?"
She says hopefully

Lia looks at Amelia, also curious.

He sighs, giving Lia a glance

"Um..." Lia glances at Caleb.

"Wow, why?"
Caleb asks

Tyson enters the geometry class walks slowly to his table.

"Oh no! I forgot my book! You go in, I'll go grab it." She runs down the hall to her locker.

She grabs her book and closes her locker, right as the bell rang. She sighs, "And, I'm late!" She hurries in and sits next to Tyson.

"Hey." She says, looking down, and blushing.

Tyson thinks "what the? Who is she? Do i know her? I've been in this class for a long time but i don't know anybody."

"I'm Lia." She looks at the boy she is sitting next to.

"H..h...hi. I..i....I'm Tyson"

She smiles, "Nice to meet you."

Tyson forces a smile and says "you too" and he looks away.

She nods, and goes and looks at her books. She peers sideways at him, she liked him, he was nice.

She was beautiful but he couldn't tell by appearance if she was good. He kept looking over his shoulder at her. He was too shy to talk to her.

She sighed, and started to doodle, she knew everything all ready, it was boring. SHe focused on perfecting her hearts.

Amelia sits on the other side of Jason, in the middle of him and Caleb, getting out her book. She stayed silent, trying not to make eye contact. She felt nervous, and her expression showed it

He knew Geometry was easy but the thing that made him restless was the girl sitting beside him.

She turns the page, trying to review the info. She never looked up from her book, and never spoke. She sighed, and thought: No talking unless they talk to you. Over and over again.

"Perpendicular Line," SHe answers the teacher, she was ready to be done with this class. "SO BORING." She mutters, and goes back to drawing hearts.

She turned and saw Tyson looking at her. SHe blushed and quickly turned back to her doodles.

"Hey, Lia? Isn't this BORING?"
Caleb says

Amelia continues to read, hoping the day will go by fast. The clock seems to go slower. Flashbacks of her parents appear. A few tear drops hit her book, but they are silent tears

"Mhhm. She says to Caleb, then turns back to looking at Tyson.

The tears drip faster, being quite noticable, but she stays silent, letting the tears drop

Tyson looks at the others in the class and realises that he knew none of them!

She wishes she could disappear, and wishes her parents were there to comfort her, like they used to, before-the tears are more common and very fast. She looks around the room, finally poking her head up.She quickly wipes her tears, but they almost instantly come back

Tyson sees a girl look up when he was looking around and saw her crying. "That is none of my business" he thought and looks down at his books.

Lia watches Tyson, and decides to ask something, "You know much geometry?"
