CHARACTER QUEUE
If characters has been approved and you still haven't roleplayed him/her after one week, or seven (7) days after being revised by moderators, we'll give you a PM to remind you about it. If you don't respond to the PM within the next week or seven (7) days, the topic will be deleted without hesitation.

ROLEPLAY
If you're gone for seven (7) consecutive days without notice, the mods will PM you, reminding you to come back and roleplay your characters.

You'll have seven (7) days to respond to the PM before characters go up for adoption.

ABSENT AFTER ABSENCE
If you've planned an absence on the Absence thread but are gone for longer than stated, mods will send you a PM after three (3) days that you're supposed to be back. If you don't reply to the PM within seven (7) days, characters will go up for adoption.

RECLAIMING CHARACTERS FROM ADOPTION
If you come back after the week is up and have a good excuse as to why you were gone, you can reclaim any characters that are still in the character adoption thread. If there aren't any of your characters left up for adoption, you can reclaim half of the characters that were previously under your ownership.

MEMBER DELETION
Members who have been gone for a month or more without notice and have had PMs sent without reply will be deleted without warning. Members will be allowed to rejoin the group if they wish, but are still required to answer the challenge question.
