Ahhhhhh hating Karou now. Akiva! Brimstone!

Why couldn't Akiva say something stupid and sappy like how he wanted to kill them all for killing her! So stupid, so sappy, but then we could have had a somewhat happier ending!

I know, but I want a "bluntly" happy ending!! Sad/cliffhangers are interesting the first couple times, but when it's every single book I read it's just...boring and predictable! I mean, seriously. Anyway, saying, "I wanted to kill them because they killed you is incredibly blunt ;)
