I just started Maxwell's first 100 pages of his book, anyone else reading it that would like to discuss the book?

Also, just as an FYI, my publisher has informed me that the first 100 pages will only be up until June 30th. After that, they will have just a few chapters up as a sample.

The first 100 have been up for about 6 months now with about 10,000 downloads. Since the book is now available, my publisher feels it is time to remove such a large chunk of the book from the Internet. I guess I understand.
