Lots of good deals including 11/22/63 by Stephen King for $2.99.

Also available for $2.99 on Barnes and Noble. They've got a lot of great titles for under $5.

The Amazon Black Friday Deals Week sales started today, they've got some kindle ebooks for $2. Not sure if they'll change daily.

Once again a sale not available here in Germany :(

Arg that's annoying! I even went to look at the fine print to see if the Black Friday Deals were only available in the US and didn't see that. My bad! Is that the sale you're referring to?

Yes, that's the one. Things are working quite differently in Germany: We have this thing called "Fixed book price agreement" which is a law that says that it isn't allowed to reduce the book's prices.

That's why (Kindle) daily and weakly deals are not the same and similarly with audible etc.

Oh wow I had no idea. So you guys don't get any book sales at all? Not even within Germany? The plus side of that is that you never miss a good deal which happens to me all the time. The cons as a reader are obvious so I won't point those out. As an author or publisher I imagine it's probably a mixed bag. On the one hand your profit margin stays consistent because you always sell the book at the same price, but on the other you can't promote your book by putting it on sale.

I just snagged Cold Days for $2.49 at Amazon.

I live in Australia. The prices we pay for books are ridiculous (and why so many of us have started ordering online).

I just noticed that Dawn by Octavia E. Butler is on sale for $1.99 this month on Amazon. This is a great deal for those of us who may have missed the group read and want to catch up.

Not technically a book sale, but audible is currently running until 6/28 an editor's favorite picks sale of 100 audio books for $4.95 each. There are a number of choices from our bookshelf, and lots of other pretty cool stuff. Hard to hold back.

I have two autographed paper copies, mwahahahaha... (Got the hardback signed & dedicated when he did a reading and a Q&A at my local library, then won the paperback with a non-dedicated autograph in a Waterstone's giveaway on Twitter, along with a hardcover copy of book 2.) But it would be nice to have a copy I don't worry about messing up :)

I have the entire Lensman series. It's a bit "campy", but once you get involved, you can't put it down. For 99¢ you can't go wrong.

I read this a couple of years ago and loved it. But, I have a series UF addiction. I was thrilled to see this series has gone into audio and I've been meaning to pick them up. This deal made it easy peasy.

by Margaret Atwood kindle edition is on sale today at Amazon for $0.99. They also have by Daniel Keyes on sale for $1.99 as part of their banned book week.

Nnedi Okrafor's LAGOON is in sale for $1.99 on Kindle (as of today October 1). I picked up my copy! (This is on sale from the original $12.99 price.)

The U.S. Amazon site currently has the Kindle version of Pump Six and Other Stories for $1.99. It's one of the books on this group's bookshelf. I just bought it myself since it has caught my eye before and I've been interested in reading it.

The The Goblin Emperor is $4.99 for a Kindle edition. I am not sure if that is on sale or regular price but inexpensive regardless. It has a substantial lead in the fantasy poll right now.

The Quantum Thief kindle edition is on sale at Amazon for $4.99. Also on sale is A Deepness in the Sky prequel to Fire Upon the Deep. Kindle $4.99

For those who like audiobooks, Audible has a $4.95 sale on 300 titles. From the Club's bookshelf, I picked up Hounded, Flowers for Algernon, and Midnight Riot.
