So, stupid question: How do you cross off items as you complete them. Is there a magic keystroke? :-)

Haha nope. If u click the link that says some html is ok it give u tips. But here is how to cross off:
< s > what ever u want crossed off here < / s >
Type all without spaces and it looks like this:
what ever u want crossed off here
