I just got back from EFY last week, and for all yall that are trying to decide to go or not, GO! It was amazing! The spirit was SO strong, and you meet amazing people who share the same beliefs, which is great! I loved, loved, LOVED it! GO!

I've heard a bit about EFY, but what did you do there? It sounds awesome though.

ummm... you learn more about the gospel, meet amazing people! There are dances and game night, fhe, pizza night, cheer off. It was all amazing but the testimony's that were born and the devotionals and scripture study were AMAZING! Best thing i have ever done! Honestly! You should go if you can!

That sounds great! I just turned 14, so I can go to dances now. I wonder when the next one near me is.

I got back from EFY last week too!!! Oh my holy fudge! It was amazing! My first year, and my VERY first dance EVER!!!! (I loved the danced, by the way) But it was so neat to meet NEW people who share our beliefs. I live somewhere where almost everyone is LDS, so it's nice to meet people out of our little town, or whatever. LOVED IT! GO!

Er....thirteen.....almost fourteen...(sorta) Sorry!

I'm 14 but my mom didn't try signing me up until all the classes were full. I live right in between BYU and U of U and nether had openings, so I'll have to wait till next year. and get this, for youth conference were doing efy in two days with out staying the night and because of it I'm missing a wedding respetion for one of my fave cousins and a family diner with my mom's side of the family that lives in Texas right now. ugh, I'd much rather do that then involuntary go to youth conference

EFY is "Especially for Youth" i think. Anyway so kids fourteen and up can go to EFY and stay for a week. You go to like a bunch of classes and learn of God and His ways. It sounds pretty much amazing but I haven't gone yet.

My brother has gone every year since he turned fourteen and he loves it! There are talent shows, dorm rooms, testimony night, and othere stuff. It is pretty much like a week as a college student at BYU but without the actual classes!!! :D

Yeah, I think you have to sign up like WAY early to get in.

Basically. Except if there happens to be an opening after sign-ups, (as in, someone dropped out) Then you can take their place as late as it's open. GO! It's super amazing! Oh! And does anyone else just LOVE the EFY Medley like I do? I love it! I think it's SO pretty!

Well mine was in July and i had to sign up in January!!! but it was Better than last year...I even made the talent show and it was so fun. Even though I have to pay for it all by myself I would dubble it because it is SO worth it and gived me a HUGE spiritual bost!!!I like the one in my home town (San-Antonio)

i've heard its AMAZING but i've never gone. i agree, its WAY expensive.

I have never been to EFY. It is coming to my valley this year. Twin Falls. but I can't go because I already spent my money on a Genealogy Conference in 2 weeks.
