The Beatles discussion

Just joined the group and want to say hello. I'm the author of "The Beatles At Shea Stadium: The Story Behind Their Greatest Concert" (came out Thanksgiving night!) and "The Beatles In Cleveland."

I was a guest last week on "Breakfast with the Beatles" with host Cha Chi Loprete in Boston. Had a great time talking about researching and writing "The Beatles At Shea Stadium." This has been a fab experience!

Haven't read your Cleveland book, but loved the Shea stadium book. I had no idea Barbara was there (although I had read Linda was). Actually, I had no idea she was a fan.

Hi Susan - Thank you! As a Beatles fan I really had fun researching both books. I knew Barbara and Linda were at the Shea concert, but I didn't know about Mick, Keith and Allen Klein(!) in the dressing room and dugout. Especially when you think about Klein's involvement in Apple just a few years later... Thanks for reading!

The Stones I knew about (remember the Rutles dig?), but it is always good to learn something new. What do you think of Mark Lewisohn and his epic new work? I think it has been long needed.
