I have this one theory for COHF. It has been pretty clear that Tessa might be in COHF, so I've been thinking Cassie wouldn't put the ultimate spoiler into COHF for no reason so then why is Tessa going to be in the book and why is Jem's face going to be shown. While thinking of this I somehow got this scenerio in my head...

Tessa has some kind of interaction with Sebastian and she talks to him telling him that she is half shadowhunter and half demon etc

Later in the book Tessa attempts to become a angel again in order to destroy Sebastian because it's been harder and harder to do so but then Jem stops Tessa from doing it and reminds her that she will die if she does it again...

The reason I said Tessa is going to be in the book is because an aquantence told me about a spoiler

"Clary is like to introduce you to Tessa"

Clary'a mom says that

I hope, I'd be so happy. I'm a major fan of Sebastian. I don't entirely know why I like him so much, but he's one of my favorite characters. Even if he is insane and evil.

I have this feeling that Sebastian will somehow turn good but die after. I really hope this doesn't happen because I want him to live.

I think simon will die because his mark is now gone, either Magnus or Alec, jem because he's now mortal, probably one of Alec and Isabelle's parents, and I hope the rest are people like

And probably Jordan or Maia but I hope not because they're one of my favorite couples besides jace and clary and sizzy

If they are then I'm guessing Simon is one of them because I can't imagine him immortal. I also think the seelie queen even though that is very unlikely. I think the rest are probably minor characters. Oh I think Sebastian is going to die also though I hope not.

(Sebby isn't my favourite character I just think he's amusing and I love him)

Ya, six known characters :( I hope it'll be like one or two main characters then the rest will be people we know but aren't that important like Aline or somebody like that

I don't think so Jem will die because at the end of Clockwork Princess he tells Tessa that I've another incredible story of Herondales, Lightwood and Fairdale to tell. I guess that was the end of the both of the series.

I was thinking on the characteres who are inmortals. It might happen that Simon, Tessa and Magnus give their inmortality to do something and kill Sebastian.

I don't think so, the blood line is to mixed. But he does have his extra angel blood powers and I wonder is the Heavenly Fire in his blood has advantages?

Only thing is, CASSIE even said that Tessa isn't going to be main, because people shouldn't have to read TID. The theory you have seems to be only about Tessa being the main character, not the main characters of the series

I really don't have any theories but I'm excited for this to come out and I reeeeeeeeally hope Magnus and Alec get back together <3

I would like Brother Zachariah to play a big part in COHF because he one of my fav characters after Malec and Will.

okay, so this is my theory. Alec and simon will die, izzy will commit suicide, sebby wil die, obviously, and i think Maea and or jordan will die.

This is my theory as in I think that these people are going to die

5.Maia

That's a lot of people! I think that Maia and Jordan are safe because those characters are ones that aren't too important so their deaths won't really mean much to readers. I think that either Alec or Magnus will die tho... Magnus has been in TWO series and maybe Bane Chronicles was Cassie Clare's way of saying farewell to him...

I dont want anyone to die.. but that theorie sounds like something cassie would doe to say goodbye to magnus..

Here is my list of people that I think are going to die

1. Jordan
2. Magnus
3. Aline (i just want to fill this list with uninmportant people)
4. Sebastian
5. Simon ( i dont want him to die, but i think that after he dies, isabelle will become an iron sister)

It wouldnt make much sense for Magnus to die. I feel that whenever there are immortal characters, they hav a less chance of being cutt off.

Guys guys guys. CASSIE ALREADY said Jem and Tessa wouldn't be that big of a part since they already have their own series

i will still read the book if Jace does die but if simon dies,im just going to shut the book and just drop it haha..but i think it will be alec... and then magnus will be all sobbing and become a monk

Jace won't die, that's about 99% certain unless Cassie cheated us with her words. So I don't think Clary will die too.

-Magnus is dangerous,
-Luke or maybe Jocelyn is possible.
-And then Maryse or Robert Lightwood either one of them most possible, and it makes them realized feelings for each other maybe.
-Maybe Simon or Izzy, but it makes more sense for Simon to die and that makes Izzy an Iron Sister.
-Lastly Sebastian.

Jem and Tessa have to be safe (or I won't ever read anything by Cassandra Clare ever! They are my favorite. :P )

Ok so in the epilogue of clockwork princess, we know that Jem somehow is cured, and that he didn't find the cute himself, he had help. I I think that somehow the heavenly fire in jace is transferred to Jem (maybe with Magnus' help it something) and that would get rid of the heavenly fire in jace and burn away the demon drug in Jem! Does that make sense?

Also I don't think Camille is dead.. I think it's some kind of trick, she's too smart to be killed by a 13 year old girl.
As for the people who WILL die I think
1. Sebastian
2. Simon (even though I love him so so so much)
3. Jordan
4. Maia (Jordan and Maia die in each other's arms tho)
5. Luke... Maybe
6. Magnus or alec.. But between the two of them probably the most likely to die is Magnus . Magnus has lived a long long long life and I think his time on earth (sadly) has come to an end

Okay so my opinions have changed because today I saw a lot of spoilers for COHF. SEBASTIAN IS CRAZY that is one thing to say because in the begging he kidnaps children from other institutes to join his army(hint hint Jules trying to protect his younger siblings. Him using the mortal sword etc). Magnus forgives Alec but I still think Magnus might die. Jessa is happening. **BOMB JUST GOT DROOPED** There relationship continues into TDA.

That is all I can say and everything I said came from Cassie so its believable .

Has anyone noticed that Clary is wearing white in the book cover, the tarot cards and some other art as well.

What if Clary dies? She's the type of person that would sacrifice herself for the greater good or something like that.

In that same Shadowhunter children's rhyme there's this part too.

"White silk when our bodies burn"

Could this have something to do with the heavenly fire thing Jace has?

I think Maryse and Robert Lightwood will die.
Either Jocelyn or Luke will die.
Seelie Queen might die.
Simon probably dies and Izzy becomes an Iron Sister.
I think Helen could die because she's not in the TDA picture that was given to us some months ago.

They keep saying that the weapon to kill Sebastian isn't from earth i have a feeling that the only weapon to kill him will come from heaven but that's just me tho

Jace & Clary won't die Cassie has said that .Yes Authors love to tear us apart but I wouldn't say anything bad about authors though because I'm one.

Jazzy I totally agree I hate jace and clary as a couple

Clace is my favourite couple. You have to admit, those occasional, passionate moments they share are pretty steamy and intimate.

My favourite character though is Sebastian.

I don't want that happend! He is just about to die in every single book and look... He's still alive! So that can't happend! I refuse yo believe it!

Yeah and I also think that maybe it's a bit to predictable. And I don't think Cassie likes being predictable to be honest.
