Fablehaven is one of my favorite books, if you haven't read it, that'd be really cool if you did! It's really good AND the author, Brandon Mull, is LDS!

have any of you guys read Fablehaven? It's really cool if you haven't. I could compare it to Harry Potter and it would be close. The first fifty pages of the first book are really boring, but KEEP READING!!!

I went to the Fablehaven 4 launch party and it was so much fun. Seriously that was probably the most fun I've had in my life. It was all set up really well. Also, I went to one of his signings at a local costco and waited in line for 3 hours to get my book signed but when I finally did, I found he was really a nice guy. He's way cool.

Okay guys don't like hate me or anything but I just couldn't get into the Fablehaven series! But that's okay! I don't have anything against it I just don't love it or anything.

yeah, I didn't like it till in my neighborhood book club we did book four. I had to read the whole series and I loooooooooooove book three, it's so totally awesome! I had previously read books one and two but hadn't really liked them and forgot what happened in them. I love the 'specialties' (sorry, I don't want to actually give away anything) that Kendra and Seth have and how there completely opposite. It's amazing! yeah, I should probably be quiet now....

Haha! You're fine! I just can't get into them. The characters don't interest me or something.

Jess, have you tried the Maximum Ride series?? IF you haven't you should they are REALLY good!!! I recommend them to anyone!

What are they about?

Well, it's sorta hard to explain so i will just put the summary on:
Max, Fang, Iggy, Nudge, the Gasman, and Angel are kids who are pretty normal-except that they're 98% human, 2% bird. They grew up in cages, living like rats, and now they're free-but being chased by the wicked, wolf-like Erasers, who've kidnapped Angel. Led by Max, the "Flock" embarks on a quest to find Angel, infiltrate a secret facility to track down their parents, get revenge on an evil traitor, and try to save the world-if there's time.

Sweet, sounds intense.

what did you do?

we went to the coast in oregon, and had a really awesome fourth of july party. you are so lucky that you can see such cool fireworks! in utah, those fireworks are illegal, because if someone's yard catches on fire, the whole state will go up in flames. living in such a dry state pretty much *******. there isn't an ocean in utah, either.

I had to delete that word. not a swear word, but some people think it's a bad word. don't want to offend anyone!

I know this is off topic, but I need some construcive critizism. I'm writing a book, and the prolouge is on this site, so could you guys look it up and tell me what I can improve on it? And possibly give me ideas of some funny little adventures I could give my character? thanks!

So, what now?

Now we decide which is best - star wars, harry potter, or twilight. i vote harry potter. it was hard to chose between star wars and harry potter. twilight is so overrated.

Mm, I don't really like any of them too much. I liked the first twilight because it was a fun idea but then as the series went on I really fell behind with it. I don't really find anything too special in the HP series. And I've never really liked Star wars so....Yeah I'm pathetic.
