Do you have a large TBR list? How do you go about picking books from your TBR list? Do you randomly choose or do you have a method?

Do you even use your TBR list and if so, does it help at all?

I...I have a small TBR list :(
Whenever I see books that I want to read, I just put it on the list. It helps a lot, actually. I can keep track of what I want to read so I'm not forgetting anything.
I don't put ALL books on my TBR list tho. And I don't read only whats on the list. I just pick random books, sometimes.

I have a gigantic to be read list

I have a large-ish TBR list. I'm continually adding and I consult it before picking a book to read. I pick books randomly off it, depending on my mood. If I really can't decide what to read, I start with the first on the list.

I have a zummer tbr list, its all in my head

I have a smaller physical tbr pile than what my good reads says
