There's a game called 1..2...3....0 that I found out from the group DumbleDorks. The members keep on counting up numbers, one number per post and the mods, instead of putting in the next number write zero. It's a pretty fun game.

Picture Me A Story is pretty cool. It's more or a "Lets Write" then a "Lets Play".

basically: Someone posts a picture (we can have the mods post the pictures if you want) then everyone else writs a short story that goes with the picture.
We could post a picture weekly or something.
It would be a fun way to get creative :)
