In preparing the show, I have a chance to listen to the interview multiple times, and this week's conversation with book industry veteran and blogger Richard Hollick pleased me more each time I listened to it. I disagree with Mr. Hollick in terms of the youth and adopting the e-reading. I have a 12 year old daughter that reads a ton on her e-reader and takes tests at school on ipads...I think we have just scratched the surface. I bet anyone $100 that she will not carry textbooks when she is in college...

some barriers may be economic to buy kids e-readers but as they get less expensive should be almost free someday with purchase of a book. The school districts issues implementing ipads etc have had some bumps but we see very large school districts trying it out.
