Shanna (shannaj) | 13 comments This is somthing you kind of have to be open minded to but meditative breathing, or some kind of positive outlet. I say meditative breathing cause you can do it anywhere at anytime and it can be a simple as taking 3 deep breaths in, out, in, out... I use a mixture of meditation and yoga to bring balance to my life. There is a lot of free info online and a lot of great informative books out there to get you introduced and started. It has been scientifically proven to be helpful mentally and physically and for your overall health. And opposed to popular belief it does not have to consume a lot of time. It takes patience with your self and practice but it is somthing you can do by yourself in your own time to improve your well being. I have had great results so far with it and I have read some great testimonials of other people who practice these things daily or even a couple times a week or as needed. I am reading a book right now called The Power of Meditation and it really breaks it down and makes it simple and fun. Just and idea.

Shanna (shannaj) | 13 comments Also excersize like kick boxing helps reduce stress and makes others things in life easier to deal with that may be pressuring you. It's also good to have positive supportive people in your life, but also be positive for yourself. Know you are capable and can deal with whatever pressures or difficulties life throws your way as long as you approach the situation with an open mind and know that hardships are not forever... "all shall come to pass" keep faith and hope and know you are not alone. Also try to look at every hardship and pressure in life as a lesson to be learned and overcome instead of just a disaster or tragedy. We.learn and grow from the hardest things in our lives.
