Value Vulgarity
Vulgarity is human, its impulse, its natural, people should do it. I dont argue with that AT ALL. But must you make it seem as if i despise swearing and any form of vulgarity, because thats really not the case. I just made a rule, and your kind of flipping out...
I am not 'flipping out'. The right to free speech is guaranteed by the Constitution and if I'm going to be kicked out of a group I enjoy participating in for saying FUCK, then your right I'm going to get upset.
Your not talking, so your speech os still free. Well, i should have already banned you, and i just might, not that you would care at all. You have a right to be upset yes, but i made a rule and thats just what it is! You can cry and moan over it all you want but really, i'm not changing my mind anytime soon.
I haven't done anything to be banned, I haven't swore at all in the sections where I can't. Also, typing is speaking, it is protected by the 1st Amendment Of The Constitution Of The United States Of America.
CHAN! Stop it! It's beginning to sound like Russian Techno! jkjk, don't kill me. Did they stop playing it yet?
Profanity is a double-edged sword. Swear too much and it becomes redundant, whereas if you don't swear at all you risk being drowned out by those with the biggest mouth.
I of course don't like the use of 'faggot' or any other sort of hateful slurs. Swearing can be a form of creative expression and honestly, makes a lot of our debates around here much better.

I also agree I was on a bus one day and we pulled up next to a bus from an elementary school and some of the little kids were flipping people off. I was so shocked and dissapointed in how swearing/gestures are starting to be used by young kids.
Haha, my parents swore all the time, and I didn't use a curse word until 6th grade, and now they yell at me for it.
It was like a switch. Once I got into high school, cursing was okay. And everyone does it, almost.
haha i said "damn" when i was four :Pthen i didn't actually start cursing until i was 9-11 (4-6th grade) lol
I started swearing when i got into fourth grade. It was so cool, everyone could swear as much as they wanted at school, but when we got home we had to be good.
Lol. The thing was that it was like being grown up, all of the sudden. We could say "when i was little" and people wouldn't laugh, and then we started swearing, and oh my god was it the best thing ever! We would find any excuse to swear in any and every sentence at recess and lunch. needless to say fourth grade was fun.
If you curse in real life, it shows that you know words are just words and you're not a too-sensitive whinny person. *nods*
