I want to make a suggestion for a good book that I feel everyone should read. It doesn't get a whole lot of promotion and I am trying to fix that issue. "Conner" Its a psychological thriller that hasn't been out very long. Here is a link to the e-book though. http://www.amazon.com/Conner-Jordan-P...
IMPORTANT NOTE: I am extending the entry date of the review to February 11th. This gives you a month longer to read and review the book than the original due date.
I am only doing this because we haven't received any reviews yet.

Hello! Please I would really like to know the books that will get you to participate in this book review contest. Please start suggesting books. Thanks.

The Book Thief, I think, would be a good book to do a review contest on. I'll be reading it soon anyway. :)

Hello. I have decided to let you all choose the books you want to read for the book review contest. You can select any books either non-fiction or fiction. After you finish with the book you have chosen you have to write a book review. Your Review must be at least 100 to 200 words long and contain descriptive details about the book, without giving away the plot entirely. Your book review will be judged by the mods. Some things to consider when writing and submitting your review:
-First, a review gives the reader a concise summary of the content. This includes a relevant description of the topic as well as its overall perspective, argument, or purpose.
-Second, and more importantly, a review offers a critical assessment of the content. This involves your reactions to the work under review: what strikes you as noteworthy, whether or not it was effective or persuasive, and how it enhanced your understanding of the issues at hand.
-Finally, in addition to analyzing the work, a review often suggests whether or not the audience would appreciate it.
Have fun and choose books that interests you. May the best book review win!

Do we have to name the book here or just add the review link within the deadline, once we are done reading it?

I just need your book review. So no you don't have to name the book here just as long as you have the book tile and the author in your review.

We will begin another book review contest soon. This time though, you have to read a realistic fiction book about any of the following topics:
cancer
GLBT
overcoming fears and responsibilities
understanding families trouble
finding friends and yourself
sports
growing up
finding romance
coping with violence, crime, alcohol and drug abuses
living with physical and mental disabilities
dealing with death, disease, accidents, and suicide
Your realistic fiction book cannot be part of a series even if the series is made of novels. The book you select has to be a standalone book. Any questions, just ask.

I believe I have the perfect book for us to start with The Fault in Our Stars by John Green
I really enjoyed it-in fact, it was sort of life changing-and I really hope you will all like it too!
If you do choose to participate in this read, grab yourself a copy of TFIOS and start reading! Once you have finished the book...it's contest time!
WRITE THE BEST REVIEW OF THE FAULT IN OUR STARS
Winner will receive a prize TBD
Emmanuelle and I will judge, which means we will not enter.
Rules:
Your Review must be at least 200 words long and contain descriptive details about the book, without giving away the plot entirely.
All entries are due by January 11th, 2014-this gives you exactly one month to finish them.
Entries must be sent in a personal message to myself, Sarah McAtee. I will print them out and Emmanuelle and I will evaluate them and choose the winner.
If you have not finished the book by then, I'm sorry, but you cannot enter.
The winner shouldbe announced one week after the due date.
Hope to see some entries! Good luck to everyone!
