Books Stephen King Recommends discussion

Let's see what we'd like to read next. I'm looking for the first 10 nominations for the January-February Group Read.

Avoid books in the middle of a series, unless we've already read the first one for a group read. Keep the size reasonable and be sure the book is readily available in libraries and bookstores.

I'd like to nominate The Tooth Fairy by Graham Joyce. It's been on my TBR for ages and I have enjoyed Joyce's other books.

Goodreads doesn't give a huge amount of info on the book but I have written below what appears on the back of the book:

Tooth Fairy sounds great!

The Tooth Fairy looks like a really good nomination! Some Kind Of Fairy Tale by the same author was stellar! (not nominating that one, just saying...)

What about "The Lies We Told" by Diane Chamberlain or "Stranger" by Dean Koontz

We have talked about reading a book by Linwood Barclay and I have heard that this book is really good and this is the author's newest book.

I nominate The Liars' Club by Mary Karr.

"The Tooth Fairy" and "And the Mountains echoed"; I really like these authors and these books are on my to-read list.

I decided to give myself a small break and pass on the group read for Jan/Feb. It does sound intriguing though. :)
