Dee Anyone a fan?

message 2: by Kyra (new)

Kyra Me! My top favorites. Even though I haven't been able to watch much of the new season.

message 3: by Dee (new)

Dee I don't what season I watch. The one channel I have has marathons every night, and I catch a few episodes here and there.
Dr. Reid is my favorite!

Sometimes the show is uber creepy though...

message 4: by Aline (new)

Aline Omg finally someone us talking about criminal minds. I love this show. I totally love Reid, he is my favorite, he is cute and a genius. I love when he talks incessantly about something smart and when they give him some books or some important papers because he can read really fast. My favorite episode was when he finally gave a chance to kiss a girl that he was protecting because he is not so open abiut love but they didn't continue the topic, it was too complicated and I hated when years later he fell in love for a girl on the internet but she had a stalker and he never saw her face...when they were going to meet he bought the same book for her as a gift t hat she bought for him. When they finally met it was when the stalker was going to kill the girl and at the moment he finally sees his love, the crazy stalker kills the girl and herself. He was devastated. I cried.

message 5: by Dee (new)

Dee :) I do enjoy the show. :)

Yes, Dr. Reid is my favorite too!

LOL, I love when he does that, and then they cut him off! It's funny, but I want to be like "Keep talking! I don't mind!" Or he says something no one understands...:)
LOL the one time they were wondering what the killer did with some body part, and as he is chewing on a snack, he goes "Maybe he ate them." LOL

I saw the beginning of the stalker episode, but I didn't know what happened. I was wondering though...That's so depressing! :'(

message 6: by Aline (new)

Aline I lost the episode that concluded the stalker storie and I had to wait 3 weeks foe the to reprise the episode and see what happened. Its was sk depressing.

message 7: by Dee (new)

Dee Awww... I just watch it on the nightly marathons on my one channel. I see one or two full episodes each week.

I'm sure it was. I don't want Dr. Reid to be sad. :(

message 8: by Teresa (new)

Teresa | 241 comments I LOVE this Show. Dr. Reid is probably my Fave Character. He seems nervous and sometimes sad even, sometimes. I always wondered why he didn't date or anything with a girl.
It is one of the Shows Mom, Dad, and I watch the Marathons of them. Then I do rent them on Netflix.
Dr. Reid is VERY Smart. He seems so sweet.

message 9: by Dee (new)

Dee Same! Dr. Reid is my favorite. :D <3
Isn't he awesome?

message 10: by Teresa (new)

Teresa | 241 comments He is AWESOME!!!!!! I believe he makes the story. If it weren't for him they wouldn't get their cases solved.
Dr. Spencer Reid is a fictional character from the CBS crime drama Criminal Minds, portrayed by Matthew Gray Gubler. Reid is a genius with an IQ of 187 and an eidetic memory. He is the youngest member of the elite Behavioral Analysis Unit of the FBI who holds numerous degrees, and specializes in statistics and geographic profiling.
That is on Wikipedia, but there is SO MUCH more about him, Dr. Spencer Reid, that is.
It says on there that he can read 250-300 words per minute. How cool would that be?

message 11: by Dee (new)

Dee LOL! That's just because he his so smart! :D

haha posting a little bio there?

I'm pretty sure they always introduce him as doctor, so people will respect him more since he is so young. They didn't want his age to hinder the investigations so they present him as Dr. Reid.

:D That would be awesome! I'd get through my stack of books! LOL

message 12: by Teresa (new)

Teresa | 241 comments I know. I'm reading City of Bones and I would've read a long time ago if I was like(First Name Basis) Spencer. I hope that's okay with Dr. Reid.

message 13: by Dee (new)

Dee LOL. I don't think he'd care. He's too sweet! :D

message 14: by Teresa (new)

Teresa | 241 comments Yeah, you're probably right. He would be the "Perfect" TV Boyfriend.

message 15: by Dee (new)

Dee LOL, maybe...
He can be awkward sometimes and not understand things. Plus he'd be way over my head.

BUT, I still would love him!

Actually I made a research about him because I can read between 240 and 300 word per minute and I know my hero Dr Reid can do it so kuch more. Thats what I found : Reid was born in 1982 and is a genius and autodidact who graduated from a Las Vegas public high school at age 12. He has an IQ of 187,[2] an eidetic memory, and can read 20,000 words per minute[2] (an average American adult reads prose text at 250 to 300 words per minute). He holds a Ph.D. in Mathematics from Caltech,[3] in addition to a Ph.D. in Chemistry and Engineering, as well as B.A.s in Psychology and Sociology.

I don't known if its possible to read 20000 per minte because I took a test. And they said 800 words by minute its really really fast, so I can't imagine 20000, but, he is my genius and for me he can read the whole book in 1 minute, the show doesnt matter without him...not for me.

message 23: by Dee (new)

Dee Nice!
12 years old? He was just a kid.
20,000!??!?!? Wow! He is a genius though...

message 24: by Aline (new)

Aline If the information its true of course...I will try to know more...my friend graduated last year and there was a 13 years old boy in her class...so, its possible

Aline I think this season its the best one. They are making smart scenes very interesting. The first episode was already a big thing, everybody was talking about tha last scene. I don't want to spoil to anybody that didn't see yet, but it was very good. I loved penelope with red hair some season ago, they didn't keep it, anybody else liked? I love when she talks to morgan that way like they are lovers, its so funny, and I like that he calls her baby girl, that gave tbe nickname for a girl that lived in my house with me for some time and we used to watch together. I like that Penelope its always changing her eye glass and always cheering everybody else. I like when Reid make a point telling people are that Blake its so smart with so much admiration. And I hated hated with all my broken heart when Aaron s wife died. I couldn't believe. I don't know what happened, if I missed something, but I saw a scene with in with her son and it made me think that her husband was not with a her anymore, what happened?

message 35: by Teresa (last edited Dec 15, 2013 06:59PM) (new)

Teresa | 241 comments Haley Hochner dying, that was sad. That was in The Reaper Episode and he made sure Aaron saw his dead Wife by placing her in their Bedroom. Just sad!

Aaron was on his way home when he was talking to Haley. The Reaper(played by Thomas C. Howell). He heard the whole thing. Haley told him to go away. Oh, what an intense scene.

message 38: by Aline (new)

Aline Yeah I know..I couldn't believe. I felt so sorry for him. He kind of revived those moments not long ago, it was sad.

message 39: by Teresa (new)

Teresa | 241 comments I remember some of that, but you see, we have so many Seasons. I mean, we rent them on Netflix. We have seen so many Seasons. It's one of Dad's Fave TV Shows.

Im reading onyx. ..its really good...I had a idea...I will bring daemon twin back to life and then we can stop fighting...lol

About Dr Reid ...2 or 3 seasons ago he cuted his hair and I loved it but they didn't keep for the next season.

message 45: by [deleted user] (new)

XD Yes, you can Dawson. He's ALL yours. I still got Daemon ;)

Oh yes, it was MUCH better when it was cut. And he has this really nerdy voice that makes everything he's saying sound smart XD

message 46: by [deleted user] (new)

*you can have

message 47: by Aline (new)

Aline I love Reid , even with his weird hair, but I also prefer short, he used just for half season. I was hoping they would keep but they didn't. Like i supernatural, I dont like sam hair so long. I like cakebs hair long from pretty little liars though.

message 48: by Dee (new)

Dee He did look cuter with the shorter cut. :)
