Appearance: Septima is a typical Capitol citizen, dressed in a peculiar style. She usually tries to match her corresponding district. Since she is currently styling for District for 3 and 4, she dyed and styled her hair into solid blue waves and decorated her the side of her apricot colored face with bright green and blue gems. Septima wears fuchsia lipstick and lined her eyes with sparkling eyeliner. Her eyes are naturally icy blue, but will occasionally pop in colored contacts.

Personality: Septima is a naturally creative young woman with a wide imagination. She enjoys designing costumes and meeting her clients, but is greatly saddened when some of her tributes don't return from the games. She tries to make people comfortable and likes to help them look the best they can be. Septima is usually very charming, but can easily get frustrated if someone or something interrupts her train of thought.

Appearance: Looks straight out of the 80's with masses of curly blonde hair, bright red lips, platform heels, as many sequins and tulle as she can fit on her petite body, has floral design down right side of body
Personality: Bouncy, bubbly, always happy, instantly charms everyone she meets

Appearance: Dark skin and short-ish hair and biolet eyes he has gold tattoos around his wrists but thats the only Capitol affected thing about him.
Personality: Jolly but understanding not silly concerned for his tributes.
