Hey everyone!



Hope school is going well for you all!

One of my favourite things of all time is music. I often say that if there is one thing that I absolutely can not live without it's music. I never leave my house without my iPod on me. I listen to music almost all day long; while studying, reading, working out, traveling, cleaning, sleeping.

So I'm always looking for new music o listen to and that's why I'm making this post. I wanted to know if anyone has any suggestions on artist or songs that I should listen to.

I like just about everything except rap, metal, and electronic. I'm really big on singer/song writer, acoustic, rock and folk music. I don't like to listen to mainstream too often because of how over played it is everywhere. I also really need new ideas for workout songs, something with a good beat or rhythm.

I am the same way when it comes to music. I'm always looking for new music and I think it's great when you find something fun and new. I know there are a lot of music apps, but the one that I really like is called Songza. There is a lot of music there from every genre. I really recommend it!

Here are some of my music recommendation for you!

- That dress looks nice on you, Sufjan Stevens
- Sunny Road, Emilíana Torrini
- Murder in the City, The Avett Brothers
- Yer Fall, Hey Rosetta!

And for music to workout to, here are some of the songs I listen to:
- Sleep Alone, Two Door Cinema Club
- Warrior, Kimbra
- Harbor Lights, A Silent Film

Thanks for the recommendations! I'll definitely look those songs up asap.

And I've never checked out Songza before. I've used 8tracks and Soundcloud a lot lately for that though. I'll have to look into Songza!

Two Door Cinema Club would be a great choice for workout music!
