To satisfy or quench, usually in reference to a need or desire. "He slaked his thirst," would be the most common use.

Not quite - the letters need to be adjacent to one another, and they can only be used once per word. For example, you can't actually make the word "abort" because you can't get from the O to the R. : )

Well you got most of mine, plus. Forty was excellent. Turf also good. I don't know about dyne and euro - I usually play with scrabblish rules, so names and titles I skip over. I missed Forte, but got Torte - is tort a word too? I thought it needed the e?

Tort is a word, it just has a different meaning without an "e" at the end. : )
I did think dyne was a bit of a stretch - it is technically a word (a unit of measure), not a proper noun or anything, but it's a bit out there. : )

I am. I believe I was thinking of Tine (fork tine). I thought tyne was a way of spelling it.

Right you are. Was wondering about eaked, but couldn't come up with the proper spelling in my head, so thought I might have had it right. Similar with pire.

Semper and Prix I also questioned, though not for spelling, but for foreign words.

What's 'riced' and 'ricer' mean. I can only think of the term used for the food, which wouldn't work with those additions.

They're both food-related - rice is actually a verb as well as a noun. It's primarily done to potatoes, to make hashbrowns. A ricer is the machine used to rice things, and riced would be as in, those potatoes need to be riced before we can mix them in.

Are there any different rules for master boggle? For instance, do three-letter words still count, or is there a four-letter minimum?

Master does require 4 or more letters. Everything else is the same.
