The Voice?

Its a blind audition. There are four judges (Who are singers that have a "reputation") who have their seats turned away from the stage. Some people go up and sing one at a time and the judges pick some people to be on their "team". I think being on the judges team is sort of like moving on through the competition. The judges work with their team members to make them better and the different teams compete... I'm not exactly sure how everything works but I think that's the just of it... :D
