Favourite Character
If I had to pick one I would say a tie between Belle and Hook.... plus I sort of ship them :p wouldn't they make an interesting pair? I like her with rumple though as we'll.
I haven't watched much yet but I like Mr. gold so far

Also Henry, Pan and Granny. Everyone overlooks Granny, but I think she's hilarious! Also Pan is my ideal form of villain: evil, cruel, clever, and always one step ahead of everyone. However, once we learned more about his past (I won't spoil for those who need catching up, but if you've seen season 2 you know exactly what I mean), I found that he wasn't as realistic and didn't really pull through on the more emotional bits. Henry I love because he's a) adorable b) optimistic and c) not exactly a typical kid. He does, however, make some pretty dumb mistakes. What can you expect, though, as he's just a kid. Not liking him as much in the second half of season 3 (again, I won't spoil), but I guess his change in character is pretty understandable, considering everything.

Pan!!!!!!!!!After watching season 3 he's definitely one of my favourite characters :)
Hook, Ariel, Red, Charming, (Peter Pan was pretty cool)
All caught up my favorites are Bae (when he was younger and sometimes as Neil), Rumpelstiltskin, Belle, Hook and also Red (but shes hasn't been seen a lot lately)

Rumple! But I also liked Felix, who was Peter Pan's right hand man. I wished he got more of a backstory........But Guy-Liner...oh, that man......

Emma, because I feel for that girl, Regina, because SASS, Hook, because, I mean, come on, IT'S HOOK, and Henry, because he has faith even when everyone else doesn't.
I finally quit watching the show after S5 ended because Hook/CS had taken over the show by the end of 5A, and pulled everyone else down with them in an attempt to make them look better. I got tired of how much the writers kept ruining EVERY main character/ship with increasingly OOC, biased, illogical, underdeveloped, and dislikable characterizations to fit their increasingly ridiculous toxic fairytale soap opera bs plots, and so that Hook could be a "hero."But here's my personal ranking for all of the main characters on OUAT from best to worst:
1. Rumplestiltskin/Mr. Gold
2. Belle
3, Regina
4. Emma
5. Henry
6, Snow
7. David
8. Hook
9. Zelena
I actually liked Nealfire a lot, I'm convinced that his death was the moment that this show went off the deep end, and never recovered. But I still feel like he wasn't alive long enough for me to feel much connection to.
I love Zelena! I don't want to give away any spoilers if you haven't watched season 6 (i know season 7 is on, but i watch on netflix so...)
