I've never done rp like this so I'm kind of confused. If I have a roleplay I want to do do I just tell you in the requests which one I want to do and wait for someone else to say they can do it with me or do I have to already have someone to roleplay with?

And can I just come up with whatever roleplay scenario I want to (like a scene from the Hunger Games world or something like that?)
