This section is mainly made for the dead tributes of the Hunger Games and basically the deceased people of Panem. These people can still role-play, even when you're dead! Resurrected and the alive characters may VISIT here. The alive are free to wander around for a certain amount of time (maximum is one "entire day" contact KC/Anna about the length allowed)

You are NOT restricted to role-play in your home district. You may visit others, but your original district is your home!

Can we use original dead characters here because I want to use Cinna for something

I'll have to let Anna cuz yknow Cinna's kinda resurrected. I can ask her to change that but for now, sure go ahead.

Dead charries can be dead and alive…. they can be dead here and alive in other folders...

So can they live here or in the alive world?

it doesn't make sense to make this section if the living can visit the dead and the deceased can visit the living

Okay, here's my new answer. Resurrected characters count as alive. Alive people may VISIT the Undead and vice versa (the Undead may visit the living).

It still makes no sense. Let me put it this way:
If dead can go in the living world
And living can go into the dead world, they both will cancel out and you'll have a mixture of the two.


Solution: Don't allow the dead to go to the living or vice versa or don't have this section at all.

Kk. Resurrected count as alive, so original characters (no Cinna, no Prim, etc.) is not allowed here. Only dead characters are allowed here.

And no dead visiting living or vice versa right. Because this is not the HG, when someone dies you:
1. Grieve
2. Get over it
3. Get back to what you were doing in life

Basically:
Cry yourself a river, build a bridge, and get over it cuz nobody is going to do it for you, they can help you, but it's your job to do it! :P
