Paranormal Romance & Urban Fantasy discussion

Two years I bumped in an author about to publish a paranormal romance centered around a curse, vampires and angels. I lost her information but I just have to read this series. Help, I know it's not Nalini (but I'm picking up her series to). It's a female author, lives in San Diego area near a marine base (military spouse) and it's a series.
It's driving me crazy, Help, please. I want to say fairies or witches with the curse to be lifted vampires must die and being that a vampire is helping end the curse it's hard to kill all of them off. Anything ring a bell?

S.E. Lund's Dominion series has vampires and angels, not necessarily directly related though.

I'll think on it a bit more though, because I feel like a read a couple vampire evolving from fallen angel books this year. I'l have to try and remember which ones there were though.
