Rusty & Co
Checked out a few. Great concept and it seems to have a fun sense of humor. Will definitely read more when I have time.
The summary at the beginning of this strip made me crack up.

http://rustyandco.com/comic/level-7-24/No plan survives contact with the enemy -- but this one had the disadvantage of contact with the allies, as well.
Finished level 6. Samurai Cube is awesome. Really amusing use of the vampires here. The stop lopping off my head runner was fun and there was a lot of great action like on this page.
This comic is way over the top but it revels in it and the humor works. And things are unusually dire for our "heroes" going into the next chapter.

Heh - very true. Although I'm not sure "the Chewbacca technique!" qualifies as much of a plan here. ;)
"You're either really good at this or really bad at this." Priceless.
Hadn't really noticed them before for some reason, but now that you mention it they are pretty amusing.

Fortunately, explanations are quick. Unfortunately, to explain is not necessarily to fix.
lol. Can't say Presti didn't kind of have that coming. Should be an interesting fight. And the ringmaster is definitely up to something behind them in panel 5.

I had picked up that she was not really Madeline, but hadn't caught the armor clue. It's a nice touch.

http://rustyandco.com/comic/level-7-28/Presti deduces things.
Which is perhaps unfair to her, since we could deduce it last week, owing to the angle we had that she didn't.

Presti wasn't just sitting around in the tavern while our little crew was dealing with vampires.
You know you could see this coming: set a signal of an explosion, and lo and behold you will get an explosion.Probably just as well.

Fell behind a couple and caught back up.
I love the rhino launcher. And I can't wait to see what Stabs has to say about Presti blowing them up.

Dear me. . . while you were waiting, did you anticipate Presti making things worse?http://rustyandco.com/comic/level-7-31/
Oh that was GREAT. I can't stop laughing. No, I didn't see that coming. Yet somehow I'm not terribly surprised.
Stabs is going to fillet her someday...

"If she fires an angry dwarf at me with a cannon... wait, WHAT?!"
He's remarkably calm for being stabbed through the hand. And like Stabs wouldn't have done that on a "normal" day...

Interesting. A nice and unexpected exchange of psychology. As the strip unfolded I was sure Stabs was going to say something like "that was before I was fired out of a cannon" or "that would be true on a different day" and stab him in the knee.

Somehow it just seems suitable that he shows the most pain when it comes out.
http://rustyandco.com/comic/level-7-36/And quite useful. They did after agree that the signal was an explosion or something, and then signaled, so they did need a distraction.
The direct approach is awesome.
If step 22 is watching the guards for a couple hours, I can't imagine the painstaking boredom of the first 21.

Maddie as well as Mimic remembers a certain rap battle.Roxy just remembers being told of it.

... I'm finding I don't remember the certain rap battle. And I'm reasonable sure I'd like to. Guess it's time for some rereading.
Mary wrote: "It was back in level 2."
Found it. Thanks! Quite amusing (again). Love the twist in this later strip that the absurd "exaggerated" story actually did happen.
Mary wrote: "Good heavens -- Roxy's plan worked!"
Strangely enough.
... is she serenading Maddie?

Well, kinda fortunately. Between Presti looking at the potion funny, deciding not to drink it, and accepting a lame excuse for Stabs not having the bazooka I'd wager that's not Stabs, and Presti knows it. Should've blasted "her".
And -- she decides not to get it -- and we end up with an embarrassment of Stabs.http://rustyandco.com/comic/level-7-45/

And they get a Clue. Presti may not know why she's exempt from kill on sight, but it's kinda important.
(For those who aren't reading it, it's a look at how life could be for monster adventurers.)
