Okay, so to make sure that the gender ratio stays even; if a person has only created females they may only have two. Any after those two will not be approved until they have created an equal amount of males. It's not fair to the members that are keeping their genders even to have someone make three or more females and no males.

Everyone must start being active again. If you are not Active by November 20th you and your character will be deleted. I am giving you a month to just do at least one detailed post or explain why you cannot be active at this time.
