Welcome to Amour Beach, or simply, "the beach," as its residents fondly nickname it, is the summertime playground of the world's wealthiest socialites. Successful businessmen, entrepreneurs, and CEOs bring their social-climbing trophy wives and spoiled children to the lake where they spend their days lying on the beach or living lavishly in their 100-acre estates, a welcome change from the smaller penthouses they're used to in the city. Getting away from the sweltering city during the heat of summer, the beachers can change into their pastels and khakis and enjoy barbecues, bonfires, and various water sports on the lake.

Everyone knows that the beachers are the ultimate elite, the crème de la crème of society. But they're more than just that: they're family. Most of the beachers have known each other since birth and have spent every summer since then at Amour Beach. Their parents grew up with summers at the beach, and their grandparents before them. This new generation (the children of aforementioned entrepreneurs and CEOs) are no exception. They've grown up around each other, and although there may be drama, at the end of the day, they're still family. The beach isn't lacking in secrets or drama, but it's an unspoken rule that what happens at the beach, stays at the beach.

This year is different...

The management at Amour Beach wanted to increase their profits, so they constructed a number of high-end condominiums at the north end of the lake. They were eagerly snatched up by those wanting to be a part of the elite "beachers," but the original beachers won't be accepting so easily. They're offended that the newcomers have broken into their private world at the beach, and will try their hardest to keep the new arrivals out.

What's more, in recent years, a gossip blog called Seaside Whispers has appeared, revealing secrets and indecencies about the beachers. With the presence of the newcomers, there's sure to be a lot more heat, and Seaside Whispers will be there to get all the dirt.
