Having arrived before Jax, Macey took her time as she approached the bluffs. It was a breathtaking view that never seemed to get old. Silently she closed her eyes and let the warm breeze from the ocean dance across her features. It was a beautiful day. The sky was pale blue and not a cloud was to be seen. It was blistering hot, something in which Macey completely enjoyed. A few small sails and boats could be seen in the distance, but otherwise the water was empty and seemed to go on forever and ever. This was hands down one of her favorite places to go.

Turning, a bit reluctantly, she tugged off her tshirt and shorts. Underneath, a purple bikini clung to her body. She pulled out her sunglasses and slipped them on. Without thinking about when Jax would show up, she glided to the edge of the bluff and lowered herself to the ground. Macey dangled her feet of the side, completely unafraid of the height. Her eyelids slid closed and she began to enjoy the sun soaking into her skin. The warm, tingling sensation it created was priceless and she greedily let it spread across her body.

Jaxon had to admit he was quite surprised when Mace had called him up, he hadn't seen her in a while and had just assumed she had forgotten about him. Of course, that was a lie-- well the forgetting about him part anyways. Jaxon was too...confident, sure that word would word, to think that something such as that would actually happen. He guessed he was mainly surprised that she had asked to hang out with him, instead of his sister. Sure he and Macey were closer in age...but Sailor and Mace were closer in gender. Jaxon laughed at that thought, Macey was more 'one of the guys' type than anything.

He found her quite refreshing to be around, besides, considering that Sailor had a slight crush on Carter, Jaxon could understand why Mace would rather hang out with him. He, for one, didn't have a crush on either of her brothers...they weren't exactly his type considering they were males. He was a lady's man through and through. As he walked up to her, he could tell that she had her eyes closed; she was much too relaxed not to. Had Mace been Sailor, he would have pushed her off the edge...but she wasn't so a simple greeting would do, "Miss me?"

His voice was easy to recognize. After all the summers they had spent together she had grown accustom to it. Despite the familiarity, every time she talked to him it seemed lower. Macey could remember the times when his voice was higher than hers, but that was a long time ago. Almost back to the times when she refused to do anything feminine. Shivering slightly at that memory, she pushed that thought away. It was almost a relief when he started hitting the puberty age. As much as she wasn't really attracted to him, she couldn't deny that puberty did more than help his voice.

"Debatable." With her eyes still shut, a small smile appeared. It hadn't exactly been her idea to call up Jax, but hey, why not? Cameron had suggested it earlier when she had begged him not to go off doing his whole photography thing. It was normal for Carter to be gone, but Cameron was usually up for spending time with her. Not today.
