Nice to meet you! I'm Lauren, I live in Ronkonkoma. There's just a few of us right now but I'm hoping more people will find us here.

My books are published by Echelon Press, a relatively new and small press located in Maryland. Because it's small bookstores don't generally carry the books, due to issues like smaller discounts and unknown authors. For my own novels and short stories you can check out my own website http://www.marcvunkannon.com as well as http://www.echelonpress.com . I see that some of us read other things than fantasy so you may find something else you like there. I've read most of the books Echelon makes so I can help you out with making a choice. Thanks.

I doubt it. This little group is all I know of from LI. In case any of us are fantasy readers, BTW, I have a novel and several short stories coming out over the next few months. I'll be posting in a lot of places as they do.

I'm Kristie from East Yaphank, and I do indeed read fantasy novels, so I'd be interested to know when your stuff comes out.

I have some stuff out already, if you'd like to check that out first. Some of the new things are follow-ups. My upcoming novel is a werewolf story.

Not yet. Official release date is 5/15, so the only advance versions I have are the copies I got for some conventions in the area.
