Write Your Heart Out ツ discussion

This is where all the writing competitions will be listed (short stories and poems). The comps will come randomly but will be announced. A message will be sent out to every member saying what genre/topic the comp will have and what the entry and closure dates are, as well as extra information. Once more, there is no limit but your creativity, and you don't have to enter if you don't want to. The mods will vote which story or poem is the best at the end of each comp and the winner will be announced through message (the winner receiving a private message and the others receiving an announcement). The mods can also enter their own writing, but other mods have to vote for one of the mods.

I think for a group this active, you could probably pull off having all the members vote on their favorite for each contest. The only rule would have to be that you can't vote for your own. Then you could post the results of the poll. It would be really helpful for everyone if they could see what other people thought of their writing.

I think that it says so in the first comment on the contest thread.
