Info: There are the middle-class and nobles and royals living here. Their trash goes to the Gray Terminal.

Risa walked into Goa City she needed a few things and thought this would be a good place to look for them

Aira walked although the streets of the city. She looks around as many nobles and royals wander about.

Risa picked her way through the crowd she knew marines liked to walk around this place but they always seemed to have exactly what she was looking for which is why she always risked it though if her Captain ever found out she might get into some trouble though he pretty nice to look at and she probably wouldn't mind being yell at by him

((Wait, is she the one in Drake's crew?))

"You're a pirate." Aira points out when she saw the girl.

She turned to look at who had called out and saw a Marine and thought dang now what i could play it like she's wrong but if she tries to take me away I can always talk to my brother he could probably get me out of whatever mess i get into

"No worries." She laughs at the girl's expression. "I'm not on duty today."

"My lucky day I'm not on duty either just came to do some shopping" Risa said looking at the off duty marine

"Oh, you might want to be careful around here."

"Why are there a lot of marines around today" Risa asked

"Oh, that." She points to the castle. "It's the prince's birthday."

"Oh I see so there will be more guards and marines around nobody would want the prince to get hurt especially on his birthday" Risa said "Well thanks for the warning" she started to walk away she didn't really want to be seen talking politely with a marine it would totally ruin her image she was a pirate after all

Aira shrugs. It wouldn't do much to her rep. She was known to hang out with both pirates and marines.

Risa walked on wanting to get her business done and get out of the city before some other marine started talking to her though now that she really thought about it it really wouldn't matter her older brother was a marine after all and she still talked to him and had that annoying pet of his following her around like a needy puppy when it was a freaking Sea King

She walks around, going in and out of shops.

She walked into a shop and looked around for a bit trying to find what she needed

"Oh. It's you." Aira looks up from the section as the pirate walks in.

"Funny running into you again Miss marine" Risa said seeing her

She narrow her eyes. "Don't call me that."

"What else am I suppose to call you then the only thing I know for certain is that your a marine" Risa said not really caring because just then she spotted what she had been looking for it was a bit pricey but she'd been saving for it

"I have a name. Aira. What about you?"

"Narissa everyone just calls me Risa though" she said

She nods, and then tilts her head. "What crew are you from?"

"Eclipse Pirates" she said not caring if the Aira knew

"Oh, so your captain is Drake."

"Yes that would be correct" Risa said picking up the item and examining it it was in good condition the person selling it probably didn't realize it's true value

"How come I never heard of you?" She wonders, picking up a mallet.

"You humans don't know anything about me so word doesn't get around too much which I really could not care less about though for some reason my brother has more fame than me" Risa said she was now satisfied with the item and was definitely going to buy it

"Humans? Aren't you one too?" She raise an eyebrow.

Risa only shook her head being called a human was ridiculous she walked to the cashier and placed the item on the counter

"Then what are you?" She stood in line, waiting to pay for the mallet. Who knows? It could come in handy.

Risa paid for the item "I'm a creature of the sea I'm a sea witch well i have powers like a sea witch but I'm more of merperson" She said taking her change and stepping aside for Aira

She paid for the mallet. "So you're not a human, but a creature. That's different."

"Yes I know but it was far too boring down there anyway I've had so much more fun up here" Risa said pocketing the item

She smiles. "I guess everybody desire a change in their lives."

"Well my brother walks around land for the same reason so yes I guess that is true kinda like the grass is always greener on the other side" Risa said using one of the quotes that is from the above world that she had learned she stepped back on the street to a commotion it seemed to be coming from the harbor

"Something's going on. Bandits?" She sighs. "Never do get a break."

"I don't know let's go see" Risa said starting to run toward the harbor hoping it wasn't what she thought it was if so she was going to have to talk to her brother about letting that thing running loose all the time especially since it's favorite game was sinking ships

She follows, ducking in and out of the crowd. They arrive at the harbor, and she gives an amused smile.

To Risa's horror she sees her brother's pet reeking havoc on the ships of the harbor and runs to the edge of the docks and whistles as loud as she can "Nar you ingrate get your butt over here" Risa shouted Nar looked and came over putting his head level with Risa's

"Isn't that a Sea King?" Aira mused, coming to stand next to Risa. "He looks strong. And....tasty."

"Touch him and you won't just have me to deal with my brother loves this guy and this guy likes following me around instead of his master and yes he is a sea king my brother raised him, he acts like a little lost puppy and his favorite game is sinking ships unfortunately for those ships" Risa said looking around the harbor at the ships that were already sinking she then put her hand on Nar's nose

"Well, I can't have him sinking the ships here. The king will have a fit. If he doesn't stop, I'll have to do something."

"Well I've already stopped him but I'm sure he'll start again when I stop looking" Risa said looking at he naughty sea king in front of her then to Nar "Now you listen here mister go find my brother and bother him for a bit this is no place to be misbehaving I will know if you don't do what I say now go" she said it very firm watching Nar as he started to move away from her hesitantly "Keep Going!" Nar then left without anymore hesitation

She burst out laughing. "Really? I didn't think a Sea King would listen just like that!"

"He's a pain but he's actually pretty tame for a Sea King that is, his name is Nar my brother named him that" Risa said still watching to make sure he didn't come back

"I think if a Sea King respects you, you can tame it."

"My brother raised him so he probably does respect both me and him since we are close my brother and I" Risa said thinking what the marine girl said is true

"Ah, so who is your brother?"
