That's the final book in the Evernight series, right? What's the rest of that series like? I've only read book 1.

I have read the first book and the novella that came out but I have not read the rest of the series. I never think about them or getting them because they are not on my shelves. I got them from the library.

I loved the first book, liked the second and then scratched my head a lot during the third. :)

hmm not a ringing endorsement to finish the series. Now I don't know if I should read it or not.

Yeah same, I don't think I'll go out of my way for this series. I liked the first book, but I think I'll just leave it there for now.

It's not bad. I ended up liking it--just a lot of "convenient" things happen in the storyline.

oh wow, Deeper's that good, Jen? We're publishing it here in June - so I might have to get my hands on it.

I loved it, Kim! You should definitely snag a copy if you can. It's the kind of book that you can't stop thinking about. I'm kind of hungover. We won't have to wait long for the conclusion of the story, either. It's sequel, HARDER, comes out in July here. :)

Yeah, I don't think we'll be getting in July, but maybe a few months later.

I read my first real NA books over the weekend (Jessica Sorensen) and I feel like I should try some others.

I think Abbi Glines counts, but for some reason I don't really associate her with NA - even though the "uncut" Vincent Boys were definitely NA

There's some really good and really bad NA out there. I'll have to go check out what Sorensen books you read. I've only read BREAKING NOVA from her & was kind of on the fence.

I'd highly recommend The Game Series by Nyrae Dawn & Easy by Tammara Webber if you're looking to read more NA. Love those.

Yeah, I didn't love Sorenesen, but I sort of want to see what happens next. We were having this meeting about the 3rd Coincidence book and I had to present it. So I decided I should read the series.

I'll definitely add them to the list. Right now I feel like I'm going to struggle reading anything that isn't work related anymore.

2 Stars, Jeez. Were you hoping to be more impressed? I have heard such mixed reviews on this series and haven't had the slightest inclination to read them. I have lots of erotica here at home so it's not the genre. I am not quite sure what it is but I just have no interest.

HAHA, Lindsay! No. I was not hoping to be more impressed. The first was actually better than I thought it would be and the second one delivered at the level I was expecting from the series. I might finish it eventually just to satisfy my stubborness to see a series through.

The "jeez" part of my comment comes from Ana, who says that word approximately 98,000 times in this book. It's ridiculous.

The sex scenes are pretty bad. Not sexy in the least bit as far as I'm concerned. I think Olivia Cunning has ruined me. She's the master in my book. :)
