Life was good for Steph for pretty much her whole life. Her parents were rich, so she was rich, and had everything she could ever want. She got diabetes when she was 12, but soon overcame that bump. It was when she went blind a year later that she broke. She became very depressed and nearly attempted suicide many times. It seemed like without sight, her life was over. And then she met Lila. Lila was her best friend and helped her through the tough times, and soon Steph was normal again. She and Lila even began dating, and a sweet romance followed. Until Lila got cancer and died. She made Steph promise to continue without her, so after a month of locking herself in her room and not eating, Steph did. She became over the top cheerful, as if to make up for all the times she wasn't at all. She moved here because she couldn't bear to be at home without Lila.

Steph is also diabetic. She tries to hide the fact that she's blind, but can only do so much. She can just kind of see light and dark, and sometimes that gives her a headache, so on those days she wears sunglasses even inside, but other days you wouldn't be able to tell except for her guide dog.

She did her best even in elementary school, but could not continue to learn at the same rate she had before. When Mac was ten, she found and took a computer coding class for underserved girls. She already knew basic skills from online classes she had taken in public libraries. She excelled in the class even though she was one of the youngest students.

[History] Nicola was born in Lancashire. Her family was in a farming business, but ever since she was six she wanted to be a mechanic because of it her parents used to abuse her, a lot. When her parents argued she would fix anything mechanical. When her brother (Michal) was born Nicola became more protective and rebellious. Michal said he wanted to become a salesman, they're folks didn't take it too well. Nicola's father strangled Michel in his sleep. Nicola was devastated and called the police. Her parents were placed in a psychiatric hospital. She was sent to Clockwork Academy at the age of 7. Since then she has been they're student and mechanic.

{Childhood} Nicola had an abusive childhood, a tragedy happened that will haunt her every dream, the murder of Michal. Nicola was abused ever since she told her parents she wanted to a mechanic. Nicola was abused physically and mentally.
