The Absolute Truth

There's really such thing as absolute truth. It's like perfection. Nothing is ever exactly perfect. Everything we know to be true is just an interpretation of what we perceive. I offer you this statement: Relative to each individual, nothing exists unless this person knows about it.
What this means is unless you know about something, it never existed. For example. You walk down a street. There is someone walking 10 meters behind you that you never see. Does he really exist to you? If you never see him, and no one ever tells you he was there, will he ever exist to you?
I'm not even sure if this group is active anymore, but I'd love to discuss this further.

So, the absolute truth. The question is- can it actually be reached? Is there even any point searching for it? Or spending so much time focusing on it for that matter.
I mean the focus of the debate to be more about the sort of truths that are outside the realm of our existence, such as god, life after death, etc. The questions no one really seems to agree with.
If the question isn't clear, I'd be happy to try explain better :)
