Look what I found on my Nook today!

Yes, well. I pre-ordered it last week, and it released today.

I started before work but had to clock in before finishing. Pretty good so far.

This was originally released in the Subterranean: Tales of Dark Fantasy 2 anthologoy, in 2011.

I really enjoyed this story. Had a lot of funny/ironic quotes as well as a lot of great imagery.

I read this a couple weeks ago, I really liked it, it was fun :)

I kept hoping "Wolf" from The Talisman would show up, but it was a great little read.

That would've been great! I love Wolf!

I keep holding out for another Territories novel from King and Straub. I enjoyed Black House, but preferred a child's point of view in The Talisman and wish they would revisit that. I know Wolf is gone, but there must be others like him.

THAT'S a "sequel" I would be thrilled to hear announced. King has said Hill's style is almost indistinguishable from his, so I think it would be awesome for him to tackle the subject. He could probably handle it without Straub. :)

They collaborated on Throttle, so I have hope for more! Never even thought about a revisit of the Talisman word. I'd love that.

I enjoyed Throttle and really hope they collaborate on anything in the near future, The Territories has just been my dream project for him/then for a very long time.

They also did In the Tall Grass together.
